Winter Warmer One Day Experience - December 2024

Helen and Lucy-Ann will be delighted to welcome you at 10.00 am to the idyllic Ashling Park Estate in West Sussex.

After a warm welcome we will invite you to settle onto your exercise mat for an energising, focussed movement session, co-taught by Helen and Lucy-Ann.

This joyful movement experience brings together the twins’ elite instruction methods in Pilates and yoga. The twins will provide you with a new exercise experience, heightened body awareness and a new sense of self-confidence in your body, and in your movement.

After an energising fresh coffee or a warming mug of hot chocolate, you will grab your trail shoes and beanie to head out on a fresh winter hike. We pass the vineyards and venture out into the local countryside to enjoy the breath-taking views in West Sussex.

Wrapped up warm in the crisp air along with the fantastic company of other adventurers, this is guaranteed to be a fun and invigorating hiking experience.

Once back at the vineyard, we wind things down with a gentle post-hike stretch and meditation. This softer movement experience will leave you feeling lighter, refreshed, and mindfully rested.

After changing out of your workout gear into something perhaps more glamorous, the day will continue with a delicious two course late lunch prepared by the talented chefs at Ashling Park. Along with a special wine flight of Ashling's award-winning sparkling wines, guests are free to mingle and enjoy dishes from locally sourced, in-season produce.

The day will draw to a close at 5pm..until the next time.

This unique, and not to be missed, Rose & Glow Winter Warmer Wellness Experience will cost £189 per person. This is a non-refundable payment, payable in full at time of booking.

We have a maximum of 15 places available on each day.

What is included in your day:

• A selection of fresh fruit on arrival
• 75 min R&G movement session.
• Tea or coffee and cake.
• Guided 90-120 minute countryside hike.
• A delicious two course lunch and complimentary wine tasting.
• 45 minute ‘restorative’ stretch and mediation class.
• Afternoon tea

What is not included:

• Travel costs to and from the venue.
• Extra wine or other drinks at dinner.

What to bring:

• Your own personal exercise mat. *
• Small towel.
• Water bottle.
• Suitable and comfortable workout gear.
• Good trail shoes or hiking boots for walking.
• Layers and a waterproof jacket in case of a spot of rain.
• Sunglasses and hat to protect yourself from the sun.
• A great sense of fun and adventure!

The window seat has views of the estate gardens and vineyards and somewhere to snuggle up in to read a book. The bathrooms are spacious and exceptionally luxurious with beautiful cast iron roll top baths. The beds, 2mx2m, are exceptional: EPOC handcrafted mattresses and divan beds to the highest calibre.
