Summer Sundowner One Day Experience - July 2024

Join Helen and Lucy-Ann for the ultimate combination of summer sunshine, friendship, and fun. Experience a creative blend of Pilates and yoga, followed by an invigorating late afternoon hike. The day winds down with an exquisite wine tasting just as the sun is setting and ensuing 2-course dinner overlooking the vines.

Helen and Lucy-Ann will be delighted to welcome you at 1.00pm at Ashling Park. After a welcome sparkling elderflower cocktail, you will settle onto your exercise mat at around 1.15pm for an energising Rose & Glow movement session, co-taught by Helen and Lucy-Ann. This joyful movement experience brings together the twins’ elite instruction methods in Pilates and yoga. The twins will provide you with a new exercise experience, heightened body awareness and a new sense of self-confidence in your body, and in your movement.

After tea or coffee and a slice of something sweet, you’ll grab your trail shoes and head out on a refreshing coastal hike. This will give you a fantastic opportunity to mingle with the other guests whilst breathing in the salty sea air and enjoying beautiful coastal and harbour views.

Once back at the vineyard, it is time for a gentle post-hike stretch and relaxation. We then invite you to swap your workout gear for a favourite summer outfit and join us on the balcony for a special wine tasting and delicious dinner overlooking the vines. The chefs will prepare fresh delectable dishes from locally sourced; in-season produce, and you will enjoy a taste of Ashling’s first-class sparkling wines.

Dinner will draw to a close around 9.00pm when we all say our reluctant goodbyes - until the next time!

This unique, and not to be missed, Rose & Glow Summer Sundowner Wellness Experience will cost £189 per person. This is a non-refundable payment, payable in full at time of booking.

We have a maximum of 15 places available on each day.

What is included in your day:

• A selection of fresh fruit on arrival
• 75 min R&G movement session.
• Tea or coffee and cake.
• Guided 90-120 minute countryside hike.
• A delicious two course lunch and complimentary wine tasting.
• 45 minute ‘restorative’ stretch and mediation class.

What is not included:

• Travel costs to and from the venue.
• Extra wine or other drinks at dinner.

What to bring:

• Your own personal exercise mat. *
• Small towel.
• Water bottle.
• Suitable and comfortable workout gear.
• Good trail shoes or hiking boots for walking.
• Layers and a waterproof jacket in case of a spot of rain.
• Sunglasses and hat to protect yourself from the sun.
• A great sense of fun and adventure!

The lodges at Ashling are exquisite. The living area creates a sense of cosiness complete with log burner and armchairs. The window seat has views of the estate gardens and vineyards and somewhere to snuggle up in to read a book. The bathrooms are spacious and exceptionally luxurious with beautiful cast iron roll top baths. The beds, 2mx2m, are exceptional: EPOC handcrafted mattresses and divan beds to the highest calibre.
