Rose & Glow Spring Budburst Wellness Experience is run by twin sisters Helen and Lucy-Ann who are passionate about welcoming their middle years. They embrace health, fitness, movement training in Pilates and yoga, and hiking in the beautiful outdoors. Whilst enjoying a healthy lifestyle, and nutritious food, they both thrive on sharing special adventures with friends. So, they have created this fabulous one-day experience for other like-minded women to come together and live a unique and energising day!


The People

Rose & Glow (R&G) Signature Wellness Experience is run by twin sisters Helen and Lucy-Ann who are passionate about welcoming their middle years. They embrace health, fitness, movement training in Pilates and yoga and hiking in the beautiful outdoors. Whilst enjoying a healthy lifestyle, and nutritious food, they both thrive on sharing special adventures with friends. So, they have created this fabulous one-day experience for other like-minded women to come together and live a unique and energising day!

The Location

The vision of Gail Gardner, managing director of the Ashling Park Estate, was for her family to live and work on the estate with everyone playing their part. The 50-acre estate is in the charming hamlet of West Ashling, near Chichester, with the rolling South Downs on the doorstep and the coast just minutes away. Framed by 200-year-old oak trees, this truly fascinating estate, with neatly lined and ever giving vineyards, awaits you and gives Helen and Lucy-Ann the unique opportunity to bring you the experience of an R&G event in this rather special place.

The Details

Helen and Lucy-Ann will be delighted to welcome you at 9.00 am to the idyllic Ashling Park Estate in West Sussex.

The theme of the day is one of renewal and growth… everything that Springtime encompasses!

You will settle onto your exercise mat at around 9.15am for an energising 75 minute R&G movement session, co-taught by Helen and Lucy-Ann. This joyful movement experience brings together the twins’ elite instruction methods in Pilates and yoga. The twins will provide you with a new exercise experience, heightened body awareness and a new sense of self-confidence in your body, and in your movement.

After coffee and cake, you will grab your trail shoes and head out on a 90 minute Springtime hike, passing the budding vines, and venturing out into the local countryside.  Your spirits will be lifted as you breathe in the fresh Spring air and absorb the breathtaking views beyond the estate.

Having worked up a healthy appetite, you can relax over a two-course lunch at Ashling Park’s dining room—The Taste. Along with a special wine flight, the chefs will make delicious dishes from locally sourced, in-season produce.

The afternoon begins to wind down with a gentle post-hike stretch and flow session. This softer R&G movement experience will leave you feeling lighter, lengthened, refreshed, and mindfully rested.

You will wind down from your energising and inspiring day with a cup of English tea before everyone says their reluctant goodbyes at 4.30 pm—until the next time!

This unique, and not to be missed, R&G Signature Wellness Experience will cost £149 per person. This is a non-refundable payment, payable in full at time of booking.

We have a maximum of 13 places available.

What is included in your day:

  • A selection of fresh fruit on arrival
  • 75 min R&G movement session.
  • Locally roasted coffee and delicious cake.
  • Guided 90 minute West Sussex countryside hike.
  • A delicious two-course lunch and wine flight.
  • 45 minute ‘restorative’ stretch class.
  • Afternoon tea.

What is not included:

  • Travel costs to and from the venue.

What to bring:

  • Your own personal exercise mat. *
  • Small towel.
  • Water bottle.
  • Suitable workout gear.
  • Good trail shoes or hiking boots for walking.
  • A fleece and waterproof jacket
  • A great sense of fun and adventure!
